The work is piling up!

Well, today marks what should be the end of pulling out the piles under the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum site on Congress Street Bridge. There are over 125 piles that need to be pulled and the holes vibrated shut. Then, we also have a substantial amount of the old bridge gears to pull out as well. This phase should be done today and we’ll be ready to start driving piles next week. Any one got an extra set of earplugs?

Pretty soon the construction cam will be up for everyone to watch the site being built! Stay tuned!
